The technician Robert Smith contacted me in person to let me know the results of the check of my vehicle. He even followed up by phone to let me know to watch air pressure on the left front.

I took my truck in to see why my check engine light was on. They informed me that I needed a service done. They were able to schedule me an appointment and provided a shuttle to and from my house. The service was finished within the day, and I received my truck right away.

Brought my Jeep here for a service and was very impressed with the welcoming atmosphere and family feeling from the moment I walked through the door. I am having issues with my key fobs and instead of trying to sell me new key fobs right away, they asked if I could bring the vehicle in so they could try and diagnose the issue first. I like that they try to figure out what’s wrong before changing me for parts I may not need. They seemed to really want to save me money.

We bought our 2018 Jeep Compass. We absolutely love it. There was no pressure, no hassle. We stopped they took our information and we went home. They called back within a couple hours, we went signed paperwork and wifey drove home a happy new "fake Jeep" owner. I consider anything not CJ, or Wrangler a fake Jeep. However, this was absolutely the best car buying experience I've ever had. We will be back for a Wrangler in the future!

they took the jeep in it was late in the day so it had to wait until the next day. However, they got right on it the next day and fixed the problem in a couple of hours. The also recommend a great rental car company and got us a great price on a rental car.

Just had a flat tire on a new vehicle. Found out there was a patch on it. Brought it to the the service management, they took care of the problem. They replaced the tire free and let me buy another tire at cost. They also paid for mounting both tires. I’m retired this really helped me. Thank you
