they took the jeep in it was late in the day so it had to wait until the next day. However, they got right on it the next day and fixed the problem in a couple of hours. The also recommend a great rental car company and got us a great price on a rental car.

Prompt friendly service. Brought in because check engine light on again. Forgot to mention an oil leak issue at drop off; called later, added item and both problems resolved (Oil leak was a bad seal).

While on a trailer totin’ tour in the Idaho panhandle, I damaged an ABS sensor on one of my RAM 1500 wheels. After 4 days while at Priest Lake, I decided to get it fixed. I called Findley Dodge in Post Falls and arranged to bring the truck in for repair. Cathy was a terrific service advisor and they were able to provide a courtesy car - which was terrific !I left there to continue our sight-seeing and within a couple hours the problem was diagnosed. The part would not be available until the next day, but we were able to keep the courtesy car overnight and at 9:30 the next morning I was called to tell me the truck was fixed and being washed. I am VERY impressed with the Customer Service team at Findley. This is the way all major dealership teams should respond, but seldom do. Thank you all for fixing this problem with a smile, so we could continue our Idaho adventures before heading back to Oregon.
