In for Air conditioner not working and oil change. Got right in and out with no problems and they rotated my tires on my request. Even wash my Jeep. Great job.

We were looking for a special equipped Jeep for towing and were able to locate on online with Findlay. We made the three hour drive assuming that we would have to spend the night. They called as we were driving into town and said that they could take care of us yet that day. They got all the paper work done and the car ready at 7:00 pm even though they normally close at 6:00.

Called a day in advanced talked directly to dealership. Wanted to make sure vehicle was still available. Set up an appointment for following day. Drove 1.5 hours one way to dealership. Test drove 2018 Honda Pilot. Moved forward applied for loan. Credit passed when sales rep came backed a told me if I wasn’t trading a vehicle in that I couldn’t buy the Honda!! We bought our used Jeep Compass in Jan.2020 and the salesman was great, but yesterday we drove 40 miles to see if the service dept. could help me update the GPS. Walked in the door and a very nice young man told me to go out to the service dept. Last week I bought a 2019 Dodge Ram 1500 Big Horn (8,500 miles) at Findlay Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram in Post Falls. I scheduled an appointment about a week and a half in advance for an oil change and a tire rotation. I scheduled it on-line and added “other concerns” to the appropriate boxes. One of which was a couple of warning lights that came on from time to time. One is an electronic stability error, and the other a start/stop error, the last, but probably the most important, the middle seatbelt in the jeep has been stuck in the retracted position since I got the jeep.

I would not recommend this quick lube for any reason because of my experience with my brand new car. I took it into the dealer for its first oil change which was my fault because I knew better. The lube person damage the oil plug and had to drill it out and without telling me put in a helix coil. When I went to do second oil change myself I found the helix coil cover up. I wanted to purchase a truck for my husband for a Christmas gift. Everyone was helpful and knowledgeable about helping me make a choice. My only negative would be the length of time waiting for paperwork to be completed.

Findlay represents all the negative stereotypes that epitomize why people don't like to go there for repairs. As soon as they feel you don't know as much about cars as they do, they will manipulate the situation to their benefit. Well, I just purchased a BEAUTIFUL Jeep Latitude after working with Cameron Hendewerk and Andy Pappas. It turns out I'm in the exact car that works for my life. I'm picky, had a budget I did not want to exceed. After spending some time with Cameron and Andy, I now own a car that fits my life and totally was within my budget and I had an enjoyable time.

Service center addressed my concerns quickly and very professionally.
My vehicle went in for a malfunctioning satellite radio antenna.
I was given a ride 20 minutes away to relatives house while my vehicle was being serviced and offered pickup when my vehicle was ready. I appreciated their concern for my comfort while I waited to have my vehicle serviced.
