TERMS AND CONDITIONS

To receive your $50 or $70 Yokohama Visa® Prepaid Card or Visa Virtual Account, submit your claim online at yokohamatirerewards.com by November 30, 2020. Valid for purchases made October 1 – 31, 2020 of a set of four eligible Yokohama tires at participating locations (see below for details).

1. Limit 2 Yokohama Visa Prepaid Card redemptions per household, customer, or email address. The purchase must be four tires for a single vehicle. The required invoice for a second redemption per household, customer, or email address must show the purchase of an additional set of 4 tires for a different vehicle than the one referenced in the first redemption.
2. Valid on purchases made from participating locations or Yokohama-authorized online dealers only. Excludes purchases made on any website not associated with an authorized Yokohama dealer or listed on yokohamatire.com/dealer-locator.
3. Rebate value of $70 valid on GEOLANDAR M/T G003, GEOLANDAR X-AT, GEOLANDAR X-CV.
4. Rebate value of $50 valid on BluEarth Winter V905, GEOLANDAR A/T G015, GEOLANDAR I/T G072, iceGUARD G075, iceGUARD iG20, iceGUARD iG51v, iceGUARD iG52c, iceGUARD iG53, W.Drive WY01, W.Drive ZPS.
5. Claims with cash paid invoices must present a picture of the D.O.T number on the tire or the tire including the tread name as well as an invoice for approval. Yokohama reserves the right to verify the purchase location.
6. Claims of lost materials will not be honored unless accompanied by proof of receipt of materials, such as proof of certified mailing.
7. The sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to withdraw or amend this offer in any way or to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice or obligation.
8. Offer valid only for legal US residents physically residing in the 50 United States (includes DC).
9. This offer is not valid for commercial, fleet, or employee program purchases.
10. This offer is not valid with any other Yokohama offer, except for rebates under the Friends & Family or Partner Perks Programs.
11. Void where prohibited by law.
12. Rebate issued in the form of Yokohama Visa Prepaid Card or Visa Virtual Account.
