To receive your $125, $100, or $70 Yokohama Mastercard® Prepaid Card, submit your claim online at yokohamatirerebates.com by November 30, 2023, or mail your purchase invoice along with the completed redemption form to: Yokohama Fall Rebate, YK23-7372, PO Box 472, Scottsdale, AZ 85252-0472, postmarked by November 30, 2023. Valid for the following purchases made October 1 – October 31, 2023 at participating locations (see below for details): set of five Yokohama GEOLANDAR X-AT, GEOLANDAR A/T XD, GEOLANDAR M/T G003, or GEOLANDAR X-MT tires; set of four Yokohama GEOLANDAR X-AT, GEOLANDAR A/T XD, GEOLANDAR M/T G003, GEOLANDAR X-MT, GEOLANDAR X-CV, GEOLANDAR A/T G015, GEOLANDAR H/T G056, GEOLANDAR CV G058, BluEarth Winter V906, BluEarth Winter V906 SUV, GEOLANDAR I/T G072, iceGUARD G075, iceGUARD iG51v, iceGUARD iG53, or W.drive WY01 tires.   1. Limit 2 Yokohama Mastercard Prepaid Card redemptions per household, customer, or email address. Purchase must be a minimum of four tires for a single vehicle. The required invoice for a second redemption per household, customer, or email address must show the purchase of an additional set of 4 or 5 tires for a different vehicle than the one referenced in the first redemption.
  2. Valid on purchases made from participating locations or Yokohama-authorized dealers. Excludes purchases made on any website not associated with an authorized Yokohama dealer or listed on yokohamatire.com/dealer-locator.
  3. Rebate value of $125 for a set of five GEOLANDAR X-AT, GEOLANDAR A/T XD, GEOLANDAR M/T G003, or GEOLANDAR X-MT tires. Rebate value of $100 for a set of four GEOLANDAR X-AT, GEOLANDAR A/T XD, GEOLANDAR M/T G003, GEOLANDAR X-MT, or GEOLANDAR X-CV tires. Rebate value of $70 for a set of four GEOLANDAR A/T G015, GEOLANDAR H/T G056, GEOLANDAR CV G058, BluEarth Winter V906, BluEarth Winter V906 SUV, GEOLANDAR I/T G072, iceGUARD G075, iceGUARD iG51v, iceGUARD iG53, or W.drive WY01 tires.
  4. Claims with cash-paid invoices must present a picture of the DOT number on the tire or the tire, including the tread name and an invoice for approval. Yokohama reserves the right to verify the purchase location.
  5. Claims of lost materials will not be honored unless accompanied by proof of receipt of materials, such as proof of certified mailing.
  6. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to withdraw or amend this offer in any way or to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice or obligation.
  7. Offer valid only for legal US residents physically residing in the 50 United States (including DC), Puerto Rico, Trinidad, and Tobago.
  8. This offer is not valid for commercial, fleet, or employee program purchases.
  9. This offer is not valid with any other Yokohama offer except for rebates under the Friends & Family or Partner Perks Programs.
  10. Void where prohibited by law.
  11. Rebate issued in the form of Yokohama Mastercard Prepaid Card. The sponsor or their agent may pay this claim with a check instead of a prepaid card at their discretion.

Mastercard is a registered trademark of Mastercard International Incorporated. Use of this card constitutes acceptance of the terms and conditions stated in the Cardholder Agreement.   13. Allow eight weeks after claim submission for Mastercard Prepaid Card delivery.
